On the drivers side are 2 switches for the power windows; one is for the drivers(which works fine ) the other is for the passenger. I can only raise the passenger window, it will not lower. From the switch on the passengers side, I can lower the window but I cannot raise it? I have replaced both switches in years past trying to resolve but it did not.
The actual power window motor is getting old and probably needs replacement. as they age they get slower and picky about which way they want to go, outside temp also affects the operation also. in warmer weather they tend to work better

I don't know where you checked for continuity but when you look at the switch connector there should be a positive wire and a negative wire in the middle of the Six terminals if you have that suspect the switch because that switch is used more by the driver than any other.
The ABS module is not under the hood.It is under the van floor on the passenger side at about the middle of the van.Slide under the Van at the passenger side cargo door and look up.
look at fuse box behind drivers seat, as well as under dash in front of drivers seat,,all top lights,and mood lights behind drivers seat, small door on side of van apx 2 feet back of drivers seat
No I would think a 20 year old van needs a drivers side window motor ,,Its the most used window in the Van, also a new window switch to control the motor
1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 The #1 spark plug is the front spark plug on the drivers side and the cylinder location in order from front to back on the drivers side is 1-3-5-7 and on the passenger side it is 2-4-6-8. The ignition rotor rotation is clockwise.
If your Distributor cap is not numbered then replace the new wires, or transfer the old ones to the new distributor cap one wire at a time. Identify the #1 spark plug wire and start from there.
