MY OIL HAS BEEN CHANGED ON SCHEDULE AND THE LIGHT KEEPS BEEPING AND FLASHING HOW DO I TURN IT OFF

If it is your oil pressure warning light, the pressure sensor has probably failed these devices are more often at fault than the actual oil pressure. They aren't very expensive and take only minutes to replace.

2002 vw 1.4 16v lupo, oil light keeps coming on and beeping, have changed pressure switch and oil and filter but no change, oil pressure ok
Check the actual oil pressure with a gauge to see if there is a problem internally such as the oil pump.

What does the oil beeping light mean?
the flashing, beeping oil light is oil pressure, not level. low oil pressure means that the oil is all there, but its not flowing properly through the engine. dirty oil, a dirty oil filter, heavier than normal weight oil, a failing oil pump- any of these could be the culprit

Oil light keeps coming on and beeping
thinking that sensor is in the bottom of the oil pan,
just look under there ,if you got in the snow or weeds the
wire may have been damaged.

Oil light flashing and beeps. it only comes on after driving a min or two
Make sure there is enough oil in it! This is the main reason the oil light comes on flashing and beeping. Possibly a faulty oil sensor if the oil level id fine.

My oil light on my 1999 Volkswagon Passat keeps beeping and flashing constantly. There's plenty of oil and the oil pressure has been checked and is perfect. Even had the sensor replaced thinking it was...
I also had the same problem with my golf, only to discover that the dipstick was cut short that really mesleads the oil level is enough but not.Check or buy new dipstick set and drain engine oil and fill new one.

I have a 1993 Audi Quattro V8. My oil light keeps flashing. I just changed the oil and it reads full on the dip stick. Is there a reset for the oil indicator light??? I've tried holding in the odomator...
oil light is flashing like many i have seen and thats usually a faulty sending unit! or a weak oil pump which is common on audi's

My oil light keeps flashing what do i do
Pull the oil dipstick out and check the engine oil level indicated on the dipstick.
Or have your engine oil changed, your oil life may be up! Good luck !
