I have a Plymouth Grand Voyager that I just replaced the egr valve on, and it wont crank over. any ideas?

Sounds strange that "no crank" after just changing EGR valve...go back to basics...check the battery post connections, all of your lights can still work with a dirty connection...the starter requires a lot more juice to crank...Hope this helps.

What's causing a '97 plymouth voyager minivan to get P0134 & P0401 diagnostic code faults with dash 'checklight' for service?

According to the manual

P0134= Right Rear (or just) Upstream O2S Stays at Center

Discription=Neither rich or lean condition detected from the oxygen sensor.

P0401 =EGR System Failure

Discription= Required change in air/fuel ratio not detected during diagnostic test.

hope this helps

97 plymouth voyager dies

This sounds like a fuel problem, I would check the IAS( Idle Air Speed) motor located on the throttle body , possibly a wire problem try wiggling them first to see if it changes the idle speed or stops the surging your referring too ! has a check engine light come on at ant time ?

I replaced EGR valve on my 97 Acura 3.0 CL after

I am fixing to change my EGR valve and the piece of paper that came with the part say this:

Important Notice
Before installing this part, check the EGR valve passage in the intake manifold and clear any carbon blockage. Failure to do so will result in repeat malfuntion of the EGR valve system. Refer to a technical service manual or contact a service dealer for proper cleaning procedures.

Hope this helps.
