My sons truck died on him after driving about 30 miles we have changed the fuel filter and the fuel pump also i think they changed the crank sensor. the truck did fine after sensor was changed for about a month. he is away from home about six hours he said when he cranked his truck for few min. today it was vibrating real bad and when he would mash the gas he said it did not have much power to it.

Have you checked your fuel filter? It could be clogged. Has the truck sat for a long period of time? Is the fuel pump GM? Does it have enough fuel pressure? Are you sure it's not ignition related? Possibly an ignition module shorting out after it gets hot.
Could be failed fuel pump. Disconnect fuel line at engine and turn over a couple times having something to catch gas in. If electric pump don't turn over engine, just turn key to run position for a few seconds. Maybe clogged fuel filter or faulty pump if no gas shows. Change fuel filter and try again. If none, change pump.
