If the vehicle has rear drum brakes, I would check the adjustment on them, if they are too loose, this will cause the brake pedal to go down low.
Front driver side rotor is very loose and cause the pads to eat into the rotor. what holds the rotor tight and in place? it seems as if the rotor needs to be pulled out. it feels and looks like it keeps pulling in and nothing to hold it in place
