Do a compression test
The 2 components that I would suspect would be the Coil pack and the Cam sensor.
I had a similar issue on a Sorento. Intermittent miss on one of the cylinders. The Coil pack was bad. When I replaced it, there was a burnt smell to the bad one. It sounds like things were a bit bumped around with this engine as the O2 sensor was bent. The Coil packs are very fragile.
Hope this helps. God Bless
i started this post originally. i have changed the coil packs, plugs, wires, fuel rail and injectors, throttle body, o2 sensor, fuel filter, tps, map sensor, checked compression and it is good, checked the plugs to the injectors and they are working well and checked for intake leaks with starting fluid and found o leaks....... codes are P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, and P0326
no leaks anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be? still have the mis fire. seems to run smoother after it warms up but still not correct.
