The first thing i would check is the fuel pressure. the fuel pump may be running, but that doesn't mean that it is putting out the right amount of fuel

When engine warms up my 93 civic stalls on acceleration

Possible that the fault can be with the fuel pump as the fuel pressure drops off when the pump is hot. In this case you need to measure the fuel pressure when the enigne is running after a cold start and then after it gets warm. Also the same applies to the ignition unit in case the spark decreases or fails when the coil or the ignition system is warm. You can test this with the plug removed and cranked to look for spark.

You will need to check fuel pressure first off. It sounds like the fuel system is bleeding off after you shut the truck off. The most common points of bleed off is the fuel pump and the fuel pressure regulator.
Also with all of the time it has sat you may need to run all of the gas you have out of it and fill it up with freash fuel!

Bogging and hesitation on acceleration iddle is fine

You definitely covered most of the bases. Considering all you've done so far, I would check into the fuel system next. First, how old is the fuel filter? Has it been changed? Yes, a bad filter can cause the problems your having. Next would be the fuel pressure regulator. You need a fuel pressure gauge to check it, which you should be able to rent from a good auto parts store. That will also tell you how good your fuel pump is, i.e. if the pump can deliver the necessary fuel pressure off idle. After that, I would check the injectors themselves for wear or blockage. A bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank would be a good idea, cheap, quick, and it wont make anything worse. If all that checks out, check your catalytic converter, a clogged or bad cat will also do what your describing. Good luck.
