Needs a new motor mechanism ,one of the lifting cables has jammed up and its a complete unit iam afraid ,price varies on the part but i would expect to pay trade price between 70 to 120 euros for this mechanism
Most of the time when an issue such as this occurs, the electric motor that operates the window is just stuck, and will need to be gently tapped with a screwdriver, or the wooden end of a hammer. The first thing to do, would be to unplug the switch, and replug it, sometimes it can simply be a bad connection. Try this with the door switch and the electric motor. If that does not work, then try tapping the motor while you, or someone else is operating the switch that will raise the window.
No good news here
You know the issues and the routine
Remove the door panels and side interior panel and replace the worn out window regulators on both.
Either Switch.. Motor (or motor linkage, like gears or sometimes a belt type deal). Or Relay.. but if it's only 1 window not working i'd say switch or motor/motor linkage.
