Where is the AIT sensor on a 2003 Ford E250. V8 4.6l

26247308-3x24vpx20nhydej15kwplfm4-5-0.png Usually; the MAF sensor has the IAT (intake air temperature sensor) integrated in one unit. So you should work on the MAF unit. Use a scanner, pull the codes and know what you're really up against.

Replaced the MAF. Still have the P0113 code. Car runs fine. Cannot find another intake air temperature sensor anywhere on the vehicle! Where is it?

code p0113 does not refer to a MAF sensor so replacing that was a waste of money=== It refers to intake air temperature (IAT) sensor---circuit malfunction====causes --wiring open circuit/short circuit to positive--wiring short circuit to ground---ground wire defective---IAT sensor---ECM.
Replace the IAT and check the wiring is in good condition and the connectors are clean and tight.

IAT sensor plug 2004 Ford F150...is it located seperately or is it integrated in the MAF plug? I see a separate set of two wires but I don't know? It's the standard 5.4 L V8 on my supercrew Lariat.

The MAFS and IAT are in a single connector on the 04-08 MY F-150s.
This is for a new body style 2004, not the Heritage / Lightning models.

The IAT sensor is the Gray w/ Red stripe & Gray wire pairs in the connector. The connector is a 6 pin ( 1 row of 6 pins ) black connector.

How do i tell what whires comming out of my MAF sensor are the ones to my IAT?

The only way to know is with a wiring diagram. What do you know? I happen to have one right here. If you have a 4.L v6 - the gray wire is VRef, or reference voltage from the PCM, usually 5V, the Gray/Red wire is signal return to the pcm. oh, the 4.6 v8 is the same.
