Replaced pcv valve because oil getting in air cleaner but that didn't fix the problem what else could be wrong?

Make sure PCV valve has good vacuum. Valve cover or covers depending if 6 cyl. or 8 cyl. have to be able to flow air in from air cleaner to valve cover thru engine and sucked back up by PCV system. It is possible that the engine just has to much blow by the engine rings.

I need the exact location of the neutral safety switch on 1990 crown victoria

Ford claims a special tool is required to pull the part, but as long as you can find a way to get it out without breaking it, success right? Anyway, If the open end of the bell housing is 12 o'clock and the output shaft is 6, the neutral start switch is located at 9 o'clock, just above the shift lever on the transmission housing.

  3. Rotate the switch on the shifter assembly to align the service adjustment hole with the carrier tang hole.
  4. Insert a 3 /32 in. (2.34mm) maximum diameter gauge pin into the hole to a depth of 9 /64 in. (9mm)
