Changing spark plugs but only found 3 plug wires

how many wires come out of coil! 4,6,or8. if you found three, it must be a six cylinder. and theres three more wires on the other side. good-day!

No spark. new distributor and wires. new crank sensor 8 volts to the distritubor. signal wire good.

The 97 Chrysler should have onboard computer diagnostics. If you aren't getting a spark you should be able to scan the diagnostic codes and have the computer tell you why you aren't getting a spark.
