If you kill primary voltage to the ignition coil, the vehicle shouldn't run. Primary voltage to the coil is the positive side of coil. It's a pink wire comes from ignition switch to ignition coil. There are many ways to do something like this. You can kill spark, you can kill fuel, whatever.
