I'm having an almost identical issue with my 97 land cruiser as poster gwhend07 on November 2008. I have a loud, intermittent noise/vibration that tends to occur most frequently after a period of vehicle warm-up, and it appears to be coming from the right front side of the vehicle. This has been ongoing for 2+ years and has increased in frequency noticeably recently. Had into 3 shops at this point and noone can find the cause. Both left and right front wheel bearings have been re-packed; that is not the problem. Problem occurs most frequently at constant speed (no acceleration or decelration) and the noise/vibration generally stops (after it starts) when brakes are applied or after acceleration. Pitch also seems to increase (higher) with increase vehicle speed. Totally stumped at this point.

With three issue and a buzzing relay, you are best to call out a mobile auto-electrician who can use a Pro Grade scan tool computer to diagnose and fix..
