Anywhere you buy those parts, they will have a book that lists those numbers (some vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. You will need to tell them the year and engine size though or they can't help you. Off hand, most 6cyl 4.0 engines use 6quarts of oil and filter is usually a #16.(for oil). You can also buy an inexpensive manual like chilton or haynes that will list lots of things you may need to know.

Just bought a 1999 4wd jeep grand cherokee with 215k miles on it, what is some things i should do/replace to this jeep?

Check all the fluids and make sure they are good. i.e. diffs. oil, transmission, coolant, transfer case fluid, air filter. Use high mileage oil. Check the belt for cracks, usually it will start squealing a bit when it needs to be replaced. Tightening it will not help.

How much is a tune up for a 1996 jeep cherokee

It varies greatly on how much you want to spend and how much of a tune up your doing. For me replacing all the spark plugs, spark plug wires, cap and rotor, air filter, oil change/ oil filter change and fuel filter change is a big tune up that would run a do it yourselfer about $80- $125.00 or more if you get higher performance parts. You can also add to that coolant flush and some good fuel additive. make sure to check your serpentine belt for cracks or wear.

Trying to trouble shoot why my performance is lacking or hesitating on my 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado? It has had a recent oil change, new plugs, air filter etc. all fluids are normal and I have no...

Change the following:

oil, tranny fluid, and filters: air filter and fuel filter as well. Fill up tank and add 1 can of SeaFoam. Change spark plugs, wires, coil wire if distributor is present - as well as cap and rotor.

If coil packs are present, repalce the plugs and wires, air filter, fuel filter, and have the catalytic converter tested to make sure it's not plugged. This test will also let you know if the O2 sensor(s) are bad or not.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

NOTE: start with the cheaper: air and fuel filter. Then work your way up.
