Sounds like dex-cool antifreeze, check all hoses and clamps, check for waterpump leak, check radiator for leak

I just repaired a water leak. Upon inspection, the leak was fixed bud the engine coolant has mixed with transmission oil(pinkish color). All pipes are correctly connected. What might be the course?
Probably not transmission fluid. Whoever repaired it may have added antifreeze - many antifreeze products are orange or pink.

that is dexcool coolant in its broken down state--caused by bad preventive maint. or excessive introduction of oxygen (leak)--flush,flush,flush that stuff out with thermostat removed--refill & pressure test--prepare to repair coolant leaks & overheats the rest of its life---everthing is deteoriting inside out

Jeep was overheating, Now leaking transmision fluid and won't start
I don't see how leaking transmission fluid would be connected to the engine overheating, unless the radiator blew up.
You'll need to figure out why it won't start to proceed.
Check for spark and fuel pressure, and of course compression.
Is the check engine light on ?

Pinkish fluid from front of car
this sounds like coolant, as this car uses the pinkish radiator coolant, you may have a leaking radiator or a bad hose, you will need to pressure test the cooling system to find the leak, the only other fluid is the ****** fluid but thats more of a dark red color so i would say its the coolant thats leaking, these cars have radiator leak as they get old but again to be sure you would need to look at the radiator and maybe pressure test it to find the leak. good day

I have a 1987 Vette that has never dripped anything onto the driveway, until last night. It is really leaking good all of a sudden. Where should I look first.
First you need to identify what's leaking? What color is fluid? Green, Red, Brown? and where under car is fluid leaking from center, front rt, etc... Another option is check ALL fluid levels - coolant, oil, power steering, transmission.

If it's in good shape it is a translucent pinkish red if it is old or your tranny is overheating it will be dark red to brown

I have a 200 Pontiac Sunfire when I put the car in gear it takes it a little bit of time to actually go into gear. I have seen that there is some fluid leaking out. What do I do?
I am thinking that you have an automatic transmission so if the fluid that os leaking is pinkish in color, your shifting problem is from low tranny fluid. You must fix the leak first and then top up your tranny fluid. That should probably fix your shifting problem
