If you have coolant in the oil it means that most likely that one of the head gaskets has developed a leak and is allowing water to get into the oil, or worst case scenario, you have a crack in the engine block or a head and the water is getting through there. You could try something like block leak in the coolant, but I am not much in favour of this course of action and have seldom found it successful, it is at best, a temporary solution. Ultimately you will have to investigate the cause and have a full repair done, either a head skim and gasket replacement or the cracked part repaired/replaced.

Depending on year of vehicle, it could be intake or head gaskets normally, but worst case scenario, cracked head. Was engine overheated by chance?

My 1994 chevy camero I fill it with coolent 15 mins of driving it , I open the cap and the coolent is low , and it's not leaking on the ground so I fill it up again and the same thing happins again

You may have a blown head gasket. Pull out the engine oil dipstick and check the color of the oil. If it is black / honey color, that's OK. If your head gasket is blown into the water jacket, there will be oil in the sump, and the oil on your dipstick will be a greyish color.
Another check is to open the radiator cap (the one on the radiator, not the one on the plastic filler bottle) and start the engine. Now look into the open radiator and rev the engine slighly. You might see gas bubbles in the water, indicating a compression leak to the water jacket. Also a smell of burnt gas coming from the radiator indicates the same thing.
Let us know if this helps, so we can check other options.

I have what looks like oil in my coolent and if you touch it and then take your dip stick and whip your dip stick on another finger the stuf coming from the coolent reservoir and what comes off the dip...

Some factory installed so called lifetime coolants when they break down from age and heat form what looks like an oily sludge, but it is not oil. Drain and power flush the entire cooling system, clean the coolant tank with a pressure washer and refill with any of the new coolants out there. If after the system is flushed and refilled this occurs again you have a leaking head gasket.

Possible ice shows up on dash light, what do I do?

This is normal, all it is saying is that with the outside temp.there may be ice on the roads. this is just a warning message letting you know it may be slippery on the roads. you will see this message go away when the outside temp rises above freezing. hope this is helpful, good day
