Where is the fuel pump located on a 2000 Nissan frontier desert runner v6

In the engine compartment fuse box there is a fuse.

This is usually under the hood in the fuse block and should be labeled on the cover, in your operator's manual of by googling " location of headlght fuse on { your make model and year}

Check the fuel pressure, it is likely the pump is defective. The pump is located inside the fuel tank. Also try spraying starting fluid into the engine to see if it starts, this may bring the p[ump to life from the increased system voltage to the pump. If that doesn't work and you have a no start still you have other problems.

It is under the center of the dash behind the lower cover. (Directly in front of the center console)

Maybe the spark plugs?

You don't hear it running when your turn the key on just before the crank position.

You have replaced the fuel filter and it was pretty much stopped up. (destroyed pump trying to pump through stopped up filter.)

Because it was going bad you couldn't drive fast because it wasn't pumping enough fuel.

Disconnect fuel line and see if fuel comes out when you turn the key on.

You will have to drop the fuel tank.
