Question about 2007 Volkswagen EOS Convertible
Make sure the key is on then press the tire display set button by the shifter until you hear the chime then the next time you start the car the light should go out (double check to make sure all tire pressures are correct first)

In 99% of the cases where a tire is either fixed, or replaced, the TPMS sensor is damaged and will need to be replaced as well. Once replaced, you will need to take it to VW and they can calibrate the TPMS with the system.
