That will always bite you

i wouldn't pull any transaxle without a lift & experience

maybe axle or bearing . is the brake shield bent hitting anything? is their any sign of something rubbing inside or rim can you see any marks

I would start by replacing the primary ignition system,cap,rotors,wires,you can't just check these items they could be defective where you are unable to see.a rich condition can be caused by a mis fire from a wire,a bad tps,or 02 sensor,but I would always start with the basics and not overlook them,if you need any more help let me know.

All you need to know is what car you own, the stores selling rims can reference what fits your car.

175-65-14 are the stock tires for this vehicle i believe. 185-65-14 also was used on the more sporty model i believe 190-65-14 would also work as well

what was not done they code was not clear properly take it back let them do it over

You need to replace your fuel sending unit. It is located inside of the gas tank.
