Believe it to be blend door related- are the blend door and the blend door actuator one piece? Is it likely one over the other? How do you change them?

The air mix control motor is accessible from the front passenger-side floor board area. From that vantage point, look toward the heater and under. The air mix control motor is a black plastic housing with a wire connector and a rod that connects to a white plastic air mix control linkage. Disconnect the wire connector, remove the rod, and remove the screws that hold the unit into the bottom of the heater. You will need a stubby Phillips head screwdriver or a Phillips bit on a small ratchet as the clearance between the unit and the floor is not enough for a standard screw driver. There is also a small piece of dash colored plastic trim that can be removed for easier access.

A/c blowing hot air from front vents, but rear A/c vents are cold in a 2001 Honda odyssey.

It is very likely you have a stuck air temperature control blend door and or the blend door actuator has failed, since the dash must be removed to replace these parts you always do both.

2004 monte carlo heater door actuator replacement

This job requires the complete removal of the dash from the car and dis-assembly of the duct work to replace the blend door. You must have a factory manual to have any chance of not messing this up completely.

Has Honda had a look at it? Beside the engine control module
I believe there is a body control module with relays, etc for

complicated. Best bet is let Honda deal with it.
