Here is the vacuum routing diagrams for every Isuzu in the last 30 years, the one you want is about 3/5 of the way down. Here is the link:

I assume the under hood label is missing.

they may have a diagram. Other than that my suggestion if you cannot find a diagram would be to find a truck exactly the same year with the same engine and take a digital photo of the diagram under the hood if there is one there. Otherwise ask the owner if you can copy the connections. The vacuum hose connections are very specific to your make, model, year, and engine size. I looked and could not find a diagram. Sorry I can offer no more.
there should be a vaccum hose diagram on the under side of the hood pertaining to the evap system, check and see. if not just google it, shouldnt be too difficult to find.
