You can download a free owners manual at

Hopefully it is a fuse problem, if not you have some possibly complex issues to deal with.
From the owners manual page 403.

INTEGRATED POWER MODULE (IPM)

An Integrated Power Module is located in the engine

compartment near the air cleaner assembly. This center

contains cartridge fuses and mini fuses. A description of

each fuse and component may be stamped on the inside
of the cover.

Where is the tail light fuse on a 2002 pt cruiser

If the front park lamps work and the rear tail lamps don't, it isn't the fuse. They both get voltage off the same fuse. Fuse 2--15 amp in the fuse box. The head lamp switch and wiring circuits involved. Always check voltage and ground.

No rear running lights. Turn and brake lights work. what do I do

The tail lights are also called parking lights.
There is a 10amp fuse for each rear parking lamp. The fuses are in the rear fuse box. Your owner's manual will tell you where that fuse box is located.
The fuses get power from a park lamp relay.
