You have O2 Sensor Codes

I believe you have a bad fuel pump,
thus low pressure and the O2 Sensors,
set a lean fault code

Check fuel pressure at the rail when you turn
the key to start or it is running

Changing spark plugs is something that
never has to be done to find out what issues

You could throw away a couple and it should start

charge battery up 2 amp slow charge,could take 24 hrs,,, put a volt meter of any kind that goes up to 20 volts or more,and it should be charging 13.50 to 14.25 with nothing on then turn ac on and fan on high and head lights on bright it should stay around13.25 to 13.75 if u dont get these readings replace alternator

What about the fuel filter in the frame? Did the Ford mechanic check it?
Is a diesel? If that is the case, it could be the electric cellanoid switch in the injector pump. But usually it would start and stop it would just shut down with that.
