The fuse for the fuel pump is located in the "N" position in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment (see pictures below for both). If you notice there is also a fuel pump relay there as well that you might want to check. I don't know if you have checked the fuel pump cut off switch as well. That is located behind the trim panel by the drivers left foot. I hope this helps and good luck on getting fuel and not having to replace the pump.

you will see 5 relay
2 to the left & 1 in the middle & 2 to the right
The one in the middle is the fuel pump relay

Usualy the power windows are on a automatic reset circuit breaker and if they are all on the same circuit. So if one or two are working the problem is most likely in switch or motors.
