Most modern fuse box es have pictographs of what each location is for and usually what size the fuse should be. Some are on the outside and some on the inside. Hope this helps.
Either pull an underhood fuse (IIRC, its fuse N in the rectangle shaped box in the engine bay, should be a diagram on fuse box cover), or just disconnect the battery for about 15 minutes.
Have you checked the fuses? There should be a fuse box under the hood open the box the diagram inside will show what fuse is for the ignition. Pull the fuse and hold up to the light the little wire inside should have no break between the two posts of the fuse. Don't forget to check the fuse panel inside the car also there should be a secondary ignition fuse in that panel also.
I'm pretty sure this is for the starter circuit. have seen a few pop and it always turned out to be the starter. I think chrysler has a TSB on this problem
