Need a replacement engine for a chrysler sebring 2002 2.7l convertible .....which year model engines are the same that could be used?

1996 Chrysler Sebring Convertible 2.4L SFI DOHC 4cyl

The MAP Sensor is located: Under hood, center, lower engine area, passenger side of engine, mounted behind alternator

The starter is located on the front of the engine, right above the front motor mount and between the catalytic converter and the engine block.

- the PCM is located in the left side of the engine compartment, beside the Power Distribution Center (PDC).

Get the exhaust system checked,you may need a new converter.

you need to loosen the clamp on the throttle body and unplug the map sensor then there are two clips on the other end pull that out and you should be able to pull the filter out you don't need to take the box off.
