How i change the radio station jump from jumping from odd numbers to even numbers for example i want these stations in my radio 102.0,98.0,92.0..etc

Tune into 102.0 then hold button "1" for a few seconds (you may hear a beep as it registers). Tune into 98.0 and then hold button "2" for a few seconds. Tune into the next station and then hold "3" and so on. Now when you press "1" it will go to 102.0 "2" will go to its' preset and so on.

How do i set radio stations

Albeit you may be able to show even numbers on the dial, a standard stereo will only allow odd number stations to be programmed as those are the only ones available on the standard FM frequency.

I have problem with my car radio , its frequency standerd

Some radios have the option to adjust sensibility when scanning the frequency, check in your owners manual if your radio have that option. If you can't find that there or if you don't have it let me know about the brand and model.
