I have done work on numerous camrys from the late 80'/early 90's, and there is a known issue with the harness going through the door jamb and wires in the bundle that break-to check this out, you will need to remove the door panel to examine the wiring-if you cannot determine that there is a problem with fuses, I can assure you that this is a very real possibility-about 4 months ago I had to pretty much rewire the harness that goes from the interior, through the door jamb and into the door. Toyota dealers still can get those harnesses (tell you something that they still have them) and they run about $115 list-but you can fix them, I've done it.

Sunroof will not work

Power is supplied to the Power windows and sunroof through the power window circuit breaker. That circuit breaker is supplied power through the RAP (retained accessory power) Relay, the RAP relay also supplies power to the radio. The RAP relay is also fuse protected by the RAP fuse in the under hood fuse block. The RAP relay is energized by the BCM body control module.

The RAP relay is responsible for the radio and windows working after the igntion is turned off.

The first place to check would be the RAP fuse in the under hood fuse block and then the RAP relay in the Body fuse block.

A list of the BODY relay block located on the left side of the dash to the right of the interior fuse block is below:

(1) Park Lamp Relay (2) Courtesy Lamp Relay (3) Retained Accessory Power (RAP) Relay (4) Power Seats Circuit Breaker (5) Power Windows Circuit Breaker (6) Inadvertent Power Relay (7) Door Lock Relay (8) Headlamp Ground Relay (9) Driver Door Unlock Relay (10) Door Unlock Relay(1) Park Lamp Relay

Power window toyota camry

Fuse box is by drivers left knee. Above this are the flashers and about 3 inches above this is the circuit breaker for the windows and door locks. breaker is silver, about 1/2 by 5/8 inch and in the center is the button you need to push in to reset. I used an unbent paper clip to press it. Make sure unit is not energized. May need to unplug breaker first. Press in center button until it clicks.

In my 1991 toyota camry, both, the power locks and windows stopped working. I can't seem to locate their fuses

There is no fuse. The circuit is controlled by a circuit breaker, and they never fail. What I would be looking for, from personal experience, would be a broken wire between the door and the body. The wires break inside the harness, right between the body and the door.
