It probably needs an idle control valve.

You need to run a fault code test, read at the link below how to do this

Fan wont come on

Try testing the coolant temperature switch. But before you do that make sure you got the correct coolant water mixture. Too much coolant in mixture that fan may never turn on. The other thing is always replace a water pump whenever you do a head gasket. It doesn't make sense not to for the obvious reasons.

My 1988 nissan truck doesn't idle till warmit has the z24 in it

You might try, for starters, the following tricks: When you have the truck well warmed and idling like a kitten, spray some starting ether or WD-40 around the base of the fuel injection body and the intake manifold. If it speeds up for either of those, you need to have that gasket fixed, or the intake manifold straightened out (or the block). You might make sure the computer's temperature sensor is correct, and make sure the CPU is working well.

2000 grand prix, 3800 when it warms up losses power

I would have to say the fuel/water separator filter is clogged up. The filter will remove water and crud from the gas. It looks more like a small can under the car. If the car set up with a low tank of gas, water will condensate inside and once the new fuel sloshes around it gets all this junk off the walls of the tank and that gets sucked in the filter. Try and replace that first..

Perfect Idle, no Codes, but stepping on gas causes hesitation

i would try cleaning mass air sensor, its mounted in air duct between air filter and throttle body, they sell the cleaner at auto parts stores, also as stated bofore make sure the intake pipe clamps are tight and it's not cracked, if that doen't fix it i would investigate a fuel pressure problem either a weak pump or problem with regulator

Engine miss in 2005 c230 mercedes

Before you do all of that, have you had the egr recall done? There was a recall to repair the egr tubes on this year/model, not all vehicles had to get it done, to my knowledge, but you may call your local dealer with your VIN to see if your car qualifies for it. Symptoms are: rough idle, possible engine kill, slow acceleration, the feeling of a mis-fire, etc. I looked at replacing my MAF sensor but when the recall repair was made she purred like a kitten again.

Difficulty starting

Could be throttle position sensor, idle air control motor, mass air flow meter, egr valve... if it hasn't had a tune up I would recommend it, since its over 12 years old those spark plugs and wires could use changing if it hasn't been done before.

Take it to a shop for diagnostics to be sure. It's hard to fix/diagnose something that is intermittant.
