This could be one of two problems one ur alternator may not be charging it or has a low charge to it ot two with youre battery being that old its probalbly sulfated by now which means even if youre alnernator is working properly youre battery wont hold the charge try replacing the battery first tho
if youre battery is four years old its done you need a new one guarnteed bateeries only last about three years max if you got four out of it thats good you got more then what it was designed for
another good idea with a new battery get one with more cold cranking amps then just the reccomended amount for instance if it says 450 cold cranking amps to get the engine started on a cold day get one with 750 cold cranking amps that helps a lot
dont worry this wont burn anything out i know cause i did this on my truck

You checked the water in the battery right?
You never let the battery sit in a discharged state right?
The Rey insist tea for sure clean right?
Don't guess actually CLEAN both of them.
You do know that on a cold morning a battery has less than 1/4 the power it has on a 75 degree day right?
You do know a 5 yesr or a 7 year battery guarantee is a marketing hoax right?
You do know that batteries actually last about four years tight?
You know now... that your bsttery is probably at the end of it's useful life right?
OK then... Add water to it first. But be ready for a new battery.
I alwsys buy the cheapest one I can find. Heck... I even use a lawn mower battery from WallMart on my V8 explorer. Just to prove to my friends it works fine.
Even in deep High Sierra snow. Even in Arizona heat.
It's yer battery dude. It's on it's ladtbleg. It's trying to tell you. . In warm weather you could get another Six months out of it. But it's not warm weather ... is it.
Did you check for lights staying on brake lights interior also was voltage check on alternator 14 volts running and charge battery and leave disconnected overnight to see if it truly holds a charge and is it maintenance free or are there top caps it maybe low on distilled water also did this suddenly start with all accessories running headlights wipers defroster battery cables are good and clean tight fitting they won't turn when pressure applied what kind and year of the vehicle alternator cable connection is good at cable or wires check all and post back with proper info
When a battery dies that fast it means that a positive wire somewhere on the car is shorting to ground. Take it to an electric service shop
If it was your alternator, depending on how much you drive during the day, it would probably die on you well before the night. If it’s starting when you park it but won’t when left over night, it’s a bad battery or something drawing power while off along with a bad battery. Along with the previous answer getting a new battery is what I would suggest.
