Most fords have them next to the frame under the drivers seat area,. could be in the rear 1/4 panel under another panel - try haynes or chiltons repair or ask at your local dealers parts dept...

For 1996 Mazda MX-6 2.5L MFI DOHC 6cyl the Fuel Filter is located under hood, driver side, engine side of strut tower, below air filter housing, mounted in fuel line.

Where is the fuel filter for a 2004 mazda 3 located


The fuel filter is located on the right hand side of the car .It is under a plastic shield just in front of the rear right side wheel . In some cars of mazda 3 the filter on Mazda 3 models is part of the fuel pump assembly.
The fuel filter on all Mazda cars can be located on a bracket in the left rear of the engine compartment, next to or beneath the brake master cylinder fluid reservoir or as part of the fuel pump assembly.
Tools:
  1. 3/8 in. drive ratchet - $7.55
  2. Hose pincher - $4.07
  3. Flare nut wrench - $5.53
  4. Flat Head scredriver - $3.14
