Yeah it does. There are left and right blower motors but both route to one blender. whichs directs the air to either the defrost, floor, panel etc....

In the trunk (aka Luggage Compartment in England) life the panel to expose the spare tire. Fuse box should be on right side, near bumper. Take off top. Should be fuse 11. 10AMP accessory fuse. Yes the blend door is what controls the air temperature at the register outlets. An example would be the temperature control is set to heat, but you only get cold air or slightly warm, then the blend door is not functioning correctly either due to the door actuator being defective or the blend door has become warped and is jammed, in most cases both are the problem. If you do have automatic climate control there can be a problem with the control module as well, but that is the rarer of the problems I have seen. This assumes the heater core is getting hot and it is not plugged.

My climate control only blows out cold air but the rear climate control works as it should

Could be the controller or a faulty blend door.
The blend doors direct air thru the heater core and evaporator along with the vents. The controller uses electric motors to change the direction of air flow.

How can I fix

This is either an out of phase issue or a temperature control blend door or blend door motor actuator problem, it can also be the climate control module in the dash, 1st try disconnecting the battery for 5 min's to re-sync the climate control module, if this fails u will need to find out what blend door is the problem or if they are ok replace the automatic climate control module in the dash
