You either have a bad motor or a wire has came off pull your door panel and check wire conections and if that dont work and you can hear motor running then the plastic gear has gone bad hard to tell with out looking at it it could besomething simple or could need new motor

If the circuit has a circuit breaker, it resets by itself when it cools off.
You might need to replace it, or test the circuit for power.

How to replace 1998 toyota corolla left door lock actuator?

take off the door panel, there will be a aluminum frame behind it, but isnt too hard to work around, its located at the bottom directly under the lock, theres a couple bolts and a wiring harness, and you also need to have the window up to get it out, hope this helps! good luck

Power Windows stop, and then move a little after waiting about 60

Sounds like it could be your switch going out. Does the rear switch give you the same problem? If not, then I would suggest you go to a junk yard and find one to replace the front one, even then they range in price from $35-60. A new one from the dealer is best but more costly. Good luck hope it helps.
