check power to motor and if it has power replace motor fuse locat

It can be faulty wiper motor or blown wiper control fuse.

Do you hear any kind of noise when you starter the wiper function.If yes then fuse is ok,but issue is wiper motor.
If no movement at all and no noise then its blown fuse or shorted/loose wiper control wiring:-----

Use the vehicle manual to locate your fuse box, then refer to the lid on the fuse box for fuse identification.
If all else fails, check each fuse individually.

the rear wiper fuse locate at the interior fuse panel, #5 15A, if the fuse is ok, check the circuit braker 4.5 A,

you need to check all of the fuses and relays for what not working give these websites a try www.alldatadiy.com and www.autozone.com if all fails you need to stop by the Ford dealership in the parts department and they be able to print you off the pictures and diagrams you will need to repair them wish you the best of luck Michigan Man.

First, i would Check the cables for damage and splits where it goes through the rubber hose (offside) to your boot, seems to be a common problem with these cars, happen to my rear wiper and a friends electric windows electric windows cables had cut right through from openning and shutting boot !
