If neither door will open with a key it may be time to call a locksmith as their price will be cheaper than replacing a window. Also depending where it's located many law enforcement agencies will unlock it for free. Please rate this answer, thanks.

I feel your pain. I've had a similar problem with my car seat belt getting caught in the latch mechanism keeping me from getting into my car. This has happened to me several times.
This may or may not work on you passenger car door. But I would definitely give it a try. I would get my adrenalin pumping and give it one heck of a yank. And then try lifting and yanking at the same time. If you do have to resort to the window breaking thing, find the smallest possible panel of glass to break.
The thing about yanking is, don't give up before the yank that opens it.
