The low side port is on a quart sized container just in front of the passenger side front tire. It is easier to access if you remove the front tire and the inner skirt.

there is no bleeder valve on ac if you mean the fill valve to charge it you want the low side service port the larger ac line is it . the port is between the compressor and the firewall with a blue or black cap on it
If you look at the top of the motor, you will see a silver pipe, sometimes covered up with a protective cover. If your air works at all this should be "sweating". At the front of the motor, or top middle you will see two valves with black valve caps on them. You will use the low side or the larger one to fill your system. Make sure you use a hose with a gauge as overfilling will cause the system to burst. I hope this helps, also if you look on Autozone.com you should be able to find a repair guide that will tell you a more specific place to look.
the smaller cap, is where it is refilled at, that is the low side, the container will only fit on one of the openings, if fluid or air sound happens and doesnt stop for the neck on the ac recharge bottle then you are not on the right spot. but normally the caps are set as black and blue, but look for the smaller cap, if they dont look different before you do anything remove the caps, put the openings on the caps back to back to each other and look close you will see a difference in the cap size... the smaller is where you need to conect the recharger up to... my guess would be the cap by the cylinder is the smaller... I dont know unless I could see it... hope this helps...
You will need R134a, and a filler hose. Charge the system on the low pressure side, it should have a blue cap on the charge point. Your filler hose will only fit the low pressure side, just in case the cap has been removed.
The low side fitting you hook to is not under the hood(Not in engine compartment)To charge ac you MUST attach charge hose to fitting on the side of the aluminion acumulator LOCATED behind right (pass) headlight, reach under fender in front of right front tire, behind bumper.BELIEVE ME it is there, on side of tank. Reach under and feel for it.
the place you need is closest to the condensor..that will be the low side.do not try to add freon to the high side as it will blow the lines. the low side is by the condensor the closest cap to it
