07 tahoe would not start replaced battery. what the hell is wrong GM. I see alot of complaints on the internet with the same problems.

On the Tahoe K series 5.7L the fuel pump relay is in the engine compartment to the rear of the engine control module, should be identified on the cover over the relays

Check engine light will stay off for long and seem to have an electrical issue

Check engine light back on ???? What DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes are stored ? Need to know that to assist you . After a battery disconnect on GM vehicles you need to enter a code into the radio for it to work again . Not all GM vehicles are like this , i will have to look that up I come back later ! Time to take kids to school .

07 Chevy Tahoe BCM programmed

The air ride system can be "self tested" with a GM Tech 2 scan tool, you need that done to see what is causing this problem, it could be the suspension height sensor, it could be a leaking air bag (very common) or a defective air compressor or damaged leaking air lines from the compressor to the airbags, also a very common. The airbags are good for about 75,000 miles or less if the roads you travel on are in poor condition.

Drove through deep water now security stays on in 2000 Tahoe

This is likely a problem with the passlock 2 system created by gm which has had many complaints but never has been recalled. Place key in ignition, turn to ON Position. (do not start). Leave in ON position for Exactly 10 minutes. The light will shut off, Immediately start the vehicle once the light is off.

Your big or major service should be at 60,000 miles but all the info is in your owners manual under service intervals also a GM dealer should have suggested service intervals written down for you to see.

When I turn my left turn signal on on my 2004 Chevy Tahoe the flashers come on, but it doesn't do it every time.

Next time it does it push on the flasher switch the blinkers use the same flasher if it quit the flasher switch is bad. Alot of GM products have had this problem and alot of them have recalls take it to a dealer and ask if yours has a recall for this even if it is out of warranty some recalls apply

2000 chevy tahoe limited--security light comes on

The check engine light recorded the code 041, which is showing problems with the TCC ( torque converter clutch ), which you seem to be describing. You might want to check out this GM Service Bulletin # 07-07-30-024 dated 09-27-07. Pertains to your exact complaint. Appears to require reconditioning of the transmission valve body .

93 lumina van wiper motor starts but wont shut off

The routine (resistor) that shuts off the wipers and parks them correctly is in the wiper motor, not the switch. I assume your switch is good since you make no complaints about its movement. One thing to check before replacing wiper motor is to loosen the wiper arms, and let the motor park itself in what you feel is the bottom of windshield position. Now align the wipers and retighten.

If these get positioned wrong after, say, a frozen morning, this will affect parking of wipers since motor "park" is no longer in synch with wiper arm "park."

Otherwise, if wiring and positioning are correct, I recommend replacing the wiper motor itself.

Tahoe won't start

Is your security light flashing? If your Tahoe has the factory ant-theft system, if the security light is flashing while you are cranking your anti-theft system has been activated. It is common for the Tahoes to wear out the ignition lock assembly, lock cylinder and the ignition switch(electrical) which is attached to the lock assembly. I have replaced all three parts with great success and solved the no start problem on several GM trucks.

The most common problem with these vehicles is the fuel pump. The pump should run for a few seconds when you turn the key on before you crank the engine. If you don't hear the pump run, go to the fuse/relay box under the hood. Look at the diagram on the inside of the lid and locate the fuel pump fuse and relay. Check the fuse to see if it is blown put it back if OK or replace it. Unplug the fuel pump relay and use a paper clip to jumper across terminals #30 & #87 where the relay plugs in. If the fuel pump starts running, you should be able to hear it run at the back of the vehicle, where the tank is. If you don't hear the pump running, hit the center of the tank dead-center with a rubber or wooden mallet. If the pump still doesn't run, see if you can get to the wires going to the fuel pump and wiggle them. If you hear the pump run, try starting the engine. If it starts, replace the relay, if that was the problem or the fuel pump AND relay if the fuel pump was the problem. WARNING! WHEN YOU UNPLUG THE PAPER CLIP. IT MAY BE HOT!!!
The fuel pumps AND connector are big problems with GM trucks. If you replace the fuel pump(which is located in the fuel tank), use only the factory pump which you can buy at your GM dealer or an auto parts store that sells Delco parts. If the fuel pump used the small square four-pin electrical connector, replace it with the fuel pump. The latest GM/Delco fuel pumps will come with the new plug which you MUST change over as it is now a flat four-pin connector.
