If you look very closely you will see either a small demarcation or scatch on the center ring and steering shaft. Line these up and replace the washer and nut. Then torque to company specs. 25-35 ft lbs should surfice.

you will need sockets,the crank bolt i belive is 22mm and you might need in impact wrench to remove bolt. the crank sensor is 1/2 in or 13mm, that a rachet is good.and to remove balancer sometimes youll need a puller. hope this helps.
You can do it. You will need a good set of basic hand tools. The only special tool you should need is a torque wrench. If you have never done this, I suggest buying a manual
