Absolutely, the fan relays are engine controlled but have no feed back and won't set trouble codes. Just make sure they work enough to properly keep engine cool.

Yes you can but you should use a relay to power the fans on and off. This will make it easier and a cleaner install plus reducing the size of wire needed for the control circuit. You should also install a thermostat to turn the fans on and off and do your research on the size of the fans. You dont want to do all this and they not move enough air.

You could, but if you do that, no matter what, always add a fused circuit. All the circuit would have to be is a thermostat, a connection to the battery, the fan, and a fuse, but always have the fuse.

What sensors are bypassed when the cooling fan is put on a fusible link on 89 firebird

I'm not sure I completely understand your question, if youre wiring the cooling fan directly to power (with the fusible link) you'll be bypassing the PCM's output to the fan relay...the PCM uses the Coolant temp sensor (CTS) as an input to determine when to turn the fan on.

No sound aftet market radio put in it light up but no sound

Make sure you have the correct wire harness and all speaker wires are hooked up. If so make sure your ride doesnt have a factory amp. Some bose or infinity factory sound systems have a factory amp that you may need to bypass

I have a 1989 chevy truck, 350 motor, overheats when a/c is on. Run's at a normal temperature when a/c is off. Any suggestions?

Another possibility is a restriction in air flow thru the radiator. The condenser puts extra heat thru the radiator with the ac on.

Just re done top of motor. Everything together and I start it steam dumps out of the exhaust. I believe a water hose is wrong from the radiator somewhere. Need to know how to run the hoses. 89 iroc camaro...

Steam from the exhaust means, unfortunately, that coolant is entering the cylinders, and very little running like that will destroy the rings and pistons. It could be anything from an intake or head gasket leak to a cracked cylinder.

you can run this motor carburated if you want by purchasing an after market conversion intake and carburator setup. if you want to leave it fuel injected you will need to swap wiring harnes and everything, computers and sensors you will have to run manual guages for the temp sensors and oil pressure guage and alternator due to your speedo being unable to accept them.
