You have a hall effect pick up coil, it is in the distributor, under the rotor-it has a 4 wire harness that comes out of the cap and plugs into a harness-the pick up coil just lifts out, easy fix.
i replaced that the coil and the fuel sensor ignition sensor and pick up coil and the van still has no spark
just a shot in the dark, two items-there may be a fuseable link for the ignition, older chrylser products did this, or you might look in the power/fuse centers for a blown fuse or bad relay-you can swap out relays with each other to see if that cures it, if the pick up coil, coil has been changed you need to see if you have power to the terminals on top of the ignition coil when the key is on-wouldn't be the first time, but the pick up coil might be defective, and check your installation to be sure you didn't pinch a wire routing it through the cap.
