Could be a failed fuel pump
When it runs,have an oscilloscope
put on the pump circuit and check
electrical pattern
It may seize mechanically also.
Do you have fuel pressure at the rail?
Do you have spark when cranking?
Hi and welcome to FixYa!
If that's the case then the problem will be on the ignition coil or distributor coil. If one of these coils are faulty the engine won't run at all. Please have it checked and replace the necessary coils to resolve the problem.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
