why not upgrade, go to walfart get a deck with USB port
and use USB mem stick with 4000 song on it.
and dont look back.
if compelled , take this deck to any repair shop
and they will charge you more than the walfart solution

Cleaning the Radio may fix it but what it sounds like is there is a lever inside that got jammed and you have to take the player apart to get it to work again.. Cheaper to get a new one
all the codes are different if it is a factory radio and you don't have the code in the owners manual you can go to the dealer with the vehicle and proof of ownership of the car and they will pull the code up for you to unlock the radio it is a theft that's why they need proof of ownership
