Yes the rear calipers on a 95 taurus with 4 wheel disc brakes have a screw in type piston on rear calipers, takes a special tool but if your are CAREFUL not to crimp the rubbers you can get away with using an off set slip jaw plyers or even a small pipewrench
If these are disc brakes, your caliper is more than likely ceased. Get a rebuilt one. It is the most cost effective way of solving the problem. You will need to bleed the brakes after installing the new unit. Good luck!
