No, they will not. The engine wiring harness will be different if for no other reason than the V10. Also, the wheelbase of the quad cab is 14 inches longer the regular cab. Have you taken that into consideration?
I bought a 1998 Ram quad cab that one door latch (passenger side) was seized. What I had to do was basically destroy or smash apart the latch to release it. There is no other way to get at it. I researched it thoroughly and tried everything and that was the only way. You need a small narrow, but strong screwdriver or punch to fit in between the door and rocker. I wrapped a rag around the screwdriver to help prevent damage. I tried to push the latch back, but you can't get it it very good, so I ended up smashing apart the casing after about an hour of beating. I also sprayed Rust Check in the latch a few times before I started, and also during. I also got to a point where I used Brake Cleaner to clean out the rust and dirt throughout the process as well, then sprayed more Rust Check in. That's all I can tell you, but this should help save time with what you have to do. I spent over an hour trying to free the latch which wasn't going to happen. I'm not a regular visitor of this site, just looking for my own solution to a problem, but I'm happy to share my knowledge to help. Good luck. Dexter
In the front door, that's a factory 6x9 speaker. There are some aftermarket 6x9s that will fit. In the rear deck, they use a speaker similar to a 6 1/2 but the bolt pattern doesn't match up, so there are a number of 6 1/2 and 6 3/4 sized speakers that will fit, but you'll have to redrill the mounting screw holes.
i have a 99 dodge quad too, and the door handles are notorius for breaking or the nut that holds the unlocking mechanism came loose, you'll have to go to the dealer to get a new handle
