03 Kia Sedona. My power locks unlock and lock at any time. Even when van is off and sitting for hours. You can stand outside and hear them locking and unlocking. It happens while I'm driving as well. How do I solve this problem? Should I reprogram the keyless entry key-fob?

You might have a stuck door lock relay or door lock switch. I would check the relay first, look in your owners manual for location.

If that doesn't do it, unplug the door lock switches, and see if one of them is faulty. If the switches have gotten wet, that is probalbly the problem.

One other thing to try is remove the batteries from your remotes, one might be sending a signal to the car.

2006 Kia Sedona van. What other ignition lock cylinders are compatible with it please.

You don't say 'why'?

Just over $100, or for cheap, go to a auto salvage yard. Don't forget the lock cylinder and key are also part of the anti-theft system and engine immobilizer.

Kia carnival 04 want start due to immobilizer what can i do?

Try using the other key to lock and unlock the car and start it but keep the original key that was used when the wiring was messed with away from the car this has worked in the past also some times just let the car sit for a while and use the remote to lock it for a bit like 5 mins then unlock it with that second key we were talking about not the first one when the problem happened.

Kia sedona central locking keeps locking the car has soon has you open it the locks flicker then it locks

You have a sticky motor somewhere, they tend to unlock but only half way so the motor tries to lock and unlock again, all I can suggest is get some WD40 and spray all your locks including the bootlock and all the mechanisms dont be shy with the WD40 after you have done all the locks do the keyholes etc aswell and then lock and unlock the car with the key on all locks and then lock and unlock repeatedly with the remote locking button.

Hope this helps
