Open the cap at the end of the windshield wiper arm at the cowl of the Blazer. This will reveal the bolt that secures the wiper arm to the wiper linkage.
Unbolt the wiper arm using a 3/8-inch ratchet and socket. Place the bolt to the side, as you will reuse it later.
Pull the wiper arm up at the blade so that the blade of the wiper is pointing into the air. Then pull at the base of the arm, wiggling it slightly. They're pretty easy to change it's a matter of a couple of plastic clips but I'll save you the headache, stop by any Autozone or Advance auto parts store and they'll be more than happy to install your new wipers... seriously & FREE

SOURCE: How to get the old wiper blade assembly off 87 S10 Blazer

With the pin style blades, if you look into the top of the blade at the point were the pin goes through, you will see what looks like a spring or a coil on its side. Use a small screwdriver and push down on that coil at the same time that you try to push the wiper off the pin. I have changed more of these than you can think of, and they are never easy, you have to get things in just the right possition before it will come all the way off. Once you do one the other will come off easier. One word of caution, don't let the wiper arm slip out of your hand and smack the windsheild, it can break it.
