{: ) I wonder how the cables were checked. Did it pass the 200mv voltage drop limit for the negative and positive cables? And do you happen to observe other disturbing symptoms while driving?
You can also try swapping your starter relay (at the underhood fujseblock) with a similar one, also check the relays corresponding terminals on the fuseblock for proper tension. The fuseblock terminals may have loose contacts withe the starter relay.
As for the warranty, it depends on your sales details witn your dealer. Normally a 2007 model is already out of warranty.
Hi, there is a park relay in middle of the interior relay box under the dash to the left of the steering column. This is shown on page 6-61 of your owner's manual (http://www.extendedgmwarranty.com/owners-manual/gmc/2001-GMC-Yukon-Denali.pdf)
With the battery connected, pull out the relay and push it back in. If it clicks when you do this, the headlight switch is bad. If it doesn't click, the relay is bad. Try swapping the relay with another similar relay, such as the horn or A/C relay. If that solves the problem you need a relay. If not, you need a switch. Please let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for using FixYa.
check the fuse first then the relay. if the fuse is ok and the relay is ok then do the thump test hit in different places around the roof then try it then hit in another place and try it you will have to do this a lot of times if you get it to work ok it it works then sticks again then it's getting jammed.
