Sampson, sounds like a bunt out bulb, which will need changed.
If you feel comfortable doing it yourself. Basically three screws, and you have to pull one plastic fastener from the fascia (bumper) and pull the bumper back a bit, and pull the assembly out. I believe it is in the manual, not bad to do. I will post a link to tell or show you how to do it. Press the helpful button
I think you should go for manual first after that it would be easy for you to solve your problem. I had visited this site past 2 months before for my vehicle and find it quite helpful may be you will also get something useful here Buick Allure LaCrosse Workshop Service Repair Manual 2005 2006 2007 2008...
The relay under the hood may have gone out. We had the same problem on our 2007 Buick LaCrosse CX. The bulbs were fine, high beams worked, all turn signals and everything except the low beams turned on. Turns out the relay had gone bad.
check the earth wire first, wattage on the bulbs in case their wrong or old type bulbs ,check supply voltage ,if all ok then fit aux spot lights .if still having a problem have eyes checked as over 40 the old peepers can deteriorate ,dont know the name of it but it can affect some people at a younger age than others, glasses will not correct this problem.
