More than likely, if it is smoking as well, it is your oil rings, or blown head gasket,a major problem...

Sounds like the piston rings are shot. Engine is worn out or mistreated. If this is true, it will probably also produce bluish smoke, when running.

Bad Piston,Bad rings, bad valve seals,Cracked cylinder head.cracked block. Don't forget now there is a lot of suction and compression going on in a motor. If any of the above are happening in an engine the suction will pass oil through a bad piston or rings or any of the above and cause Blue smoke and spit oil out the exaust along with blue smoke.

Would a blown head gasket cause oil to come out in weird places in my 1994 eclipse

the only way you can tell you blew a head gasket is if there is white smoke coming out of tail pipe or if there is anti freeze mixed with your motor oil ,check the dip stick if oil is creamy then you have a blown head gasket ,check your valve covers and hoses for leaks

Smoking, ideling rough,

Hi: What Color is the Oil coming out of your Tail Pipe? I'm Assuming its Motor oil and not Transmission Oil.Since you found white looking substance in your oil It sounds like you have a Blown Head Gasket or both. And could be a Crank Block or Head ,Pull your Spark Plugs out, And Have someone Crank engine over and see if you are getting that white Substance Which i assume is Motor Oil.If you are getting ANY out of ANY Spark Plug hole then Is fair To Say you have a Blown Or Cracked Head Gasket.THERES only 1 Other Alternative On Older Vehicles than Yours is ,They Had what was Called a Vacum Modulator That Attached to the Auto Transmission, I worked off of Vacum From The Intake Manifold,And if the Diafram in It went Bad it would **** Transmission Fluid up Through the Intake Manifold and Burn It through your Intake and would come out tail Pipe as a WHITE SMOKE,But it normally would not be in the Enging Oil Or Radiator. So i Would 1st Check the 1st Advise i have Given You.Pull The Spark Plugs. Hope This Helps. Please REply by Voting if this Helped Youat All,Thanks From the WYOCWBOY

White smoke coming out of the tail pipe after taking off.

White smoke continuously blowing out from the tail pipe ? If it is only at the cold position it is normal, if it is always coming out it means oil consumed & compression is week. spark plug frequently needed ? If plug frequently shorted u need to overhaul or need to add oil treatment for increase viscosity.

Leaking oil put of tail pipe, is the cooling sensor important, head gasket blown how do you know

Never seen oil come from tail pipe (unless a piston has a broken ring or a hole burned in it.) Cooling sensor tells the computer the engine temp and the computer turns the fan on through the fan relay. Very important for it to work. A blown head gasket will make the engine overheat, can cause white smoke from tailpipe, coolant loss and extremely rough running. Also can cause coolant in engine oil or oil in radiator. What you may be seeing may be water mixed with carbon from the inside of the pipe. Excessive water coming form pipe is also a head gasket symptom. A compression test or cylinder leakdown test or a radiator hydrocarbon test will tell you if gasket has failed.
