I would replace. Plastic tank radiators are difficult to repair.
A readiator shop will sometimes repair a leaking radiator if it's in good shape otherwise. This is not a repair most would attempt. There is a radiator additive available at Pep Boys which may stop a radiator leak (or may not), but that's intended only as a patch until the radiator can be fixed or replaced.

UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE I WOULD NOT PUT SEALER IN THE RADIATOR. IT DOES JUST WHAT IT SAYS, IT PLUGS LEAKS, BY ADDING THIS YOU MAY SEAL THE LEAK BUT YOU WILL ALSO SEAL THE COOLING PASSAGES INSIDE THE RADIATOR..REPLACEMENT IS YOUR BEST OPTION. BEING 14 YEARS OLD IT MAY HAVE CRACKED DUE TO AGE ,BUT HAVE THE THERMOSTAT AND COOLING FANS CHECKED. OVERHEATING IS A BIG FACTOR IN PLASTIC RADIATOR FAILURE.

My brother had his radiator crack on him last year. I don't remember what he had to do to get his car in full working order again. But it seems like you could get it repaired at an automotive shop. If anything they could at least let you know what you would need to do to get it fixed.
